Redgate Primary team complete fundraising run

Congratulations to the Redgate Primary Academy team who last Sunday morning (24 November 2019) completed the Clumber Park 10k as part of our fundraising mission for a new trim trail at Redgate Primary Academy.

The team of staff and volunteers arrived early in the cold and wet, and then ran, jogged, walked and laughed all the way round the course! They were easy enough to spot in their fancy dress – ironic really, as they were all dressed as ‘Where’s Wally?’! The fabulous group completed the challenge in 2 hours 10 minutes, having a great time together for a great cause.

The academy would like to thank everyone that has already supported this fundraising event with donations – this support is really appreciated, with every penny helping them get closer to their £5,000 target for the new equipment. If you still wish to sponsor the team, please visit their Justgiving page or simply speak to any member of the Redgate staff team about how you can donate.

Well done to everyone involved in setting up and completing this challenge – your dedication to Redgate Primary and our pupils is a pleasure to see!
