Neil has a trust strategic portfolio which includes SEND, alternative provisions, PDBA and special education provision.
He has held senior positions in schools across Hull, North Lincolnshire and the East Riding of Yorkshire. Neil has wide ranging educational expertise and experience, including leading on areas such as pastoral, curriculum development, outcomes, as well as in teaching and learning. Neil has also worked on educational projects in the United States and China, and is passionate about social mobility and special education.
