Support for students following school closure

Queen Elizabeth’s Academy in Mansfield, part of the Diverse Academies Learning Partnership, has confirmed that it will be offering places to those families affected by the closure of the Vision Studio School, with over thirty students able to start at the academy from September 2017.

Successful sporting showcase at Diverse Academies Games

Tuesday 11th July 2017 saw the fifth annual DALP Games held at the Harvey Haddon Stadium in Nottingham. Each of the secondary academies within the Diverse Academies Learning Partnership assembled strong teams, with 450 students involved across the partnership, to compete at the sports centre in a variety of sporting disciplines including athletics, swimming and Futsal.

High praise for Retford Oaks Academy as Ofsted awards ‘Good’ rating

Retford Oaks Academy, part of the Diverse Academies Learning Partnership, has been awarded a ‘good’ rating by Ofsted inspectors after a June 2017 inspection. The new rating is further evidence of the academy’s turnaround success story, which has seen student admission numbers rise by 21% over the past three years and academic outcomes for students increase dramatically.
