Each academy, led by a dedicated principal/school leader, is grouped within a cluster and overseen by an experienced executive principal. Together, with phase and subject specialists, academy senior leadership teams drive forward the academy’s annual improvement plan and longer term advancements. Across the Diverse Academies, senior educational colleagues are integral to a number of partnership-wide strategy development and network groups. Our teams lead on educational themes such as assessment, progress, behaviour, wellbeing and student engagement, working collectively to ensure policies, procedures and practice are fit for purpose.
The importance of professional, operational expertise is not underestimated either. Our teams of academy support, HR, data, IT, estates, facilities and marketing colleagues are key to transforming and developing high quality, effective and efficient wraparound services. They deliver projects and initiatives that underpin the care and education of the children – connecting with teaching and learning colleagues to enhance the building of strong relationships with key stakeholders.
