Each academy is led by a dedicated Senior Principal and Principal, and together with phase and subject specialists, academy senior leadership teams drive forward the academy’s annual improvement plan and longer term advancements.
Across Diverse Academies, senior educational colleagues are integral to a number of Trust-wide strategy development and network groups. Our teams lead on educational themes such as assessment, progress, behaviour, wellbeing and student engagement, working collectively to ensure policies, procedures and practice are fit for purpose.
Our academy support, HR, data, IT, estates, facilities and marketing and communications colleagues are key to transforming and developing high quality, effective and efficient wraparound services. They deliver projects and initiatives that underpin the care and education of the children – connecting with teaching and learning colleagues to enhance the building of strong relationships with key stakeholders.
